Breandán Goss (Principal)
Breandán has been successfully advising and mentoring entrepreneurs and business owners for over 12 years. Prior to kicking off his advisory career, he was the co-founder and Managing Director of a media production company for 10 years. He is intimately aware of the challenges and frustrations of building a business and raising the capital required to sustain and grow. Breandán cut his corporate finance and deal-making teeth with stints in FGS and Merrion Capital in Dublin before co-founding Mediaventura, a boutique advisory firm with offices in Dublin and London. Well known and highly regarded in the start up eco-system in Dublin, Breandán was awarded a 1st class honours in his Masters of Business Practice by the Irish Management Institute and University College Cork in 2015.

Paul has 25 years experience as an IT Director and CTO. He combines a strong commercial focus with considerable global experience in the corporate Financial Services sector. He is experienced in creating and leading high performance Global IT departments and multi-disciplinary teams.

She has held a number of senior management roles in the software and creative services industries including Managing Director and C Suite positions with responsibility for either establishing or scaling businesses. Heather is an accredited pitch consultant with the AAI (Association of Advertisers in Ireland) and IAPI (Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland) and a mentor to Enterprise Irelands clients in the HPSU division.
